Dan Berger is a Director at Public Financial Management, where he works in the municipal finance sector to help state and local governments maintain long-term fiscal sustainability by providing expert advice and product offerings.  He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a BSE in Computer Science and Engineering.  His hobbies include running, boxing, wrestling, new and interesting food, and exploring the Philadelphia community.

Dan is a co-chair for the CARE-Philadelphia YPS, and originally fell in love with CARE in 2008.  He is most passionate in helping those that need it the most, and has found CARE to be the best way to translate that positive energy into tangible results in the developing world.  He has volunteered with CARE on various advocacy issues since 2015, and is excited to grow CARE’s advocacy base in the Philadelphia area.
