YOUNG PROFESSIONALS FOR CARE - ATLANTA
Say hello to the Atlanta Chairs
Kristina Garcia is a research specialist with Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Multifamily Advisory group. Kristina earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University in 2006 with minors in French and Community Building & Social Change. She enjoys traveling, sporadically playing club water polo, biking on Atlanta's Beltline, attending concerts, and making gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.
Kristina is a co-chair for the CARE-Atlanta YPs. Two highlights from her CARE YP experience are: learning the luxury of food choice during the Atlanta CARE YP's Live Below the Line challenge and attending CARE's 2015 conference in Washington D.C. The conference was a seminal life event for Kristina, as she met with lawmakers, made friends with passionate volunteers from across the country, heard from international and domestic change-makers, and learned how to effectively advocate for the empowerment of women and children.
